How to shop on goenj.com

Making a purchase is easy. Browse our catalog, select a category or a sub category from the navigation menu, or click into our selection featured on our homepage.

To find a specific item, use our [filters] to narrow the category results or type a query in the website search bar.

Once you have selected your product, choose your desired color and size (if applicable) and add it to your shopping bag by clicking ADD TO BAG. To complete your purchase at a later time, add the product to your WISHLIST by clicking ADD TO WISHLIST.

On the BAG page, product quantity can be adjusted. Once you are done selecting product, click CHECK OUT in the BAG page to enter the purchase procedure. 

Cancel or modify an order

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. 

You are able to cancel your order within 2 hours right after you place the order. If you would like to amend your order, please cancel within 2 hours and re-order the items you wish to purchase.

My Order has been declined

If the system has declined your order, please check your credit/debit card and then, if necessary, inform our customer service. 


Pre-ordering is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated on the product page for each pre-order item. 

For orders that contain pre-order items only but have different delivery dates, the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your package has shipped. Pre-order items can only be purchased by credit card. Your card will be charged at the moment of transaction

If you are looking for a product that is not available in our online store, you can use Contact Us section to receive more information.

Product price

The purchase on GOEN.J is reserved for private end consumers. 

A receipt is issued for each order; the document will be sent as an attachment to the shipment confirmation e-mail. 

Please note: once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the invoicing details or issue a new receipt that is different from the one already issued.

Creating an account on GOEN.J website enables you to:

Changing your account details

You can update your account details at any time by going to account and accessing the account details section. You can change all details except for the Country you are registered in.

Click "save" to save all changes. 

If you have forgotten your password, you will find a reset password link in all the areas in which your data is requested.

Enter the e-mail address that you used to register to receive the required information via e-mail within a few minutes. 

How to create an account

To create an account, simply indicate your name, e-mail address and a password.

You can register right after a purchase by simply inserting a password: the data that you entered at the check out will then be saved to your account.

GOEN.J accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, PayPal, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Union Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, econtext, RAZER, yoomoney, toss, pay, PAYCO 

Please note only one form of payment method may be used on a single order.

GOENJ.COM offers a fast purchase service, which allows you to save your credit card details for future purchases. 

Please be assured that we consider all of the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. The privacy of your personal information is very important to us. To help ensure your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, we utilize PCI DSS. 

GONE.J takes care to ensure payments are safe and secure by using online payment gateway EXIMBAY.

GOEN.J agrees to take reasonable care to ensure that information relating to Orders and payment is kept secure. However, the Buyer shall not hold GOEN.J responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a third party gaining unauthorized access to data where this is beyond the reasonable control of GOEN.J.


Once we have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. 

The amount will be refunded through our payment gateway upon receiving the return confirmation e-mail and will take up to 10 working days to process. 

The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the credit card issuer. 

Shipping and returns

Delivery zones

GOEN.J provides with worldwide delivery service by DHL. You can choose your shipping country by clicking on the top right–hand corner of the website, or during checkout.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS. DHL notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date/time.

Shipping times and costs

GOEN.J offers free DHL Express delivery on all orders $500 and over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. Express fulfillment and shipping take 2-3 business days after the order is shipped out using DHL.

Shipping is a flat rate of $30 for all orders up until $499.99.

Orders placed before 2:00 pm (KST) will be shipped the same day. During the sales period, the large amount of order can result in longer delivery times. DHL usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. 

We are working closely with our courier partners to minimize delays and handle any inconvenience 


Shipping is DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) for all the countries that require custom taxes. 

The taxes and duties related to your order are calculated based on your shipping destination when you check out. By selecting your shipping location, your local market pricing will automatically apply. All our shipments are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. Therefore, all necessary import taxes and duties are included in your final purchase price. You will not have to pay for custom tax on delivery of your order. 

Shipping to multiple addresses

At the moment it is not possible to deliver an order to more than one address.

If you wish to ship to two or more different addresses, please place an order for each destination.

Signature on delivery

For security reasons, all purchases made on GOENJ.COM will require the signature of the customer at the time of delivery. 

If the parcel is not delivered on the first attempt, the courier will attempt to deliver it again. If all attempts fail, the parcel will be shipped back to our warehouse. 

How to track your shipment

If you are a registered user, you can find the status of your order and the tracking number under order status in your account. 

Damaged/Opened box

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at info@goenj.com.


We have a 14-day returns policy from the day you receive your order. 

In order to return items purchased on the site, you must contact us at “Return Requestwithin 14 days from the day the goods are received. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To request a return, please review our return procedure and follow the instructions below:

Make sure the products are in the original/sale-able condition and packaging as you received them, with all the tags. The items must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors.

It's not possible to return customized items and publications. This does not affect the customer’s rights according to the law. 

Put the items that you want to return in a box, preferably the original one, and make sure that it's properly packed.

Declare your return request; Locate the order number you wish to return on your order confirmation email and request it in “Return Request”. 

Once your return has been approved, our customer service team will email you and send your printable return label. 

Returns are only accepted for the items purchased from GOENJ.COM.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.



Currently we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange for a different style, size, or color, please use our free return service and place a new order for the new item. All refunds exclude all shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt of goods will not be accepted. 

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted. 

All discounted archive and special price items will be final sale and not returnable 

If items do not fit these requirements, the return might be refused and not refunded, and will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

GOEN.J reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

For all ready-to-wear garments, we advise you to refer to the care instructions indicated on the garment’s composition label or to make use of professional dry cleaners.

How do I find a specific item?

There are various ways to find a specific product. You can use the site 'Search' function to search by name or keyword. If you are still having trouble finding a specific product, you can also use the links on the left-hand menu to search by product category. Once you have selected your desired category, you can further refine the listings by style, color and size using the filters in the middle of the page. Additionally, the ‘SORT BY’ tab on the top left of the product listing page allows for further refining. Failing this, please email us at info@goenj.com, a representative from our customer service team will be happy to assist in searching for a specific item. 

What if an item is out of stock?

If the item you are looking for appears out of stock online, please email us info@goenj.com, a representative from our customer service team will be happy to assist in checking stock availability across all locations. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it isn't reserved and will therefore be available to other customers while you are browsing. 

Promos and discounts

We welcome all new customers to GOEN.J with a one-time discount of 10%.

At checkout you will be able to enter your promotion code. When you click "Apply" it will be added to your order. Unfortunately, we cannot reissue a promotion code in the event that your original order is returned to us. If you have any questions or problems regarding promotion codes, please contact us.
