GOEN.J provides with worldwide delivery service by DHL. We are working closely with our courier partners to minimize delays.

The order must be made directly from the website of the country to which it will be delivered. If you select another shipping country, your shopping bag may be modified or emptied.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Deliveries will occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
Your order will ship after your form of payment has been accepted. Our warehouse usually will ship an order 1 - 2 business days after an order is placed. Should there be any delay, we will contact you.
Worldwide delivery takes 2 to 4 business days, and delivery may be delayed depending on delivery location and availability. Delivery to rural addresses can take longer.
If you wish to purchase additionally, you need to place a new order for the other order. Unfortunately, orders can’t combine.
We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. GOEN.J shall not be liable for unsuccessful delivery attempts resulting from the buyer having provided inaccurate or incomplete information.
GOEN.J offers free DHL Express delivery on all orders $500 and over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. Express fulfillment and shipping take 2-3 business days after the order is shipped out using DHL.
Shipping is a flat rate of $30 for all orders up until $499.99.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm (KST) will be shipped the same day. During the sale period, the large amount of order can result in longer delivery times.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number from DHL once your package has been shipped from GOEN.J. If you are a registered user, you can find the status of your order in your Account to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
TAX AND DUTIES
Shipping is DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) for all the countries that require custom taxes.
The taxes and duties related to your order are calculated based on your shipping destination when you check out. By selecting your shipping location, your local market pricing will automatically apply. All our shipments are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. Therefore, all necessary import taxes and duties are included in your final purchase price. You will not have to pay for custom tax on delivery of your order.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or unforeseen delays due to weather conditions and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All orders are fully traceable through DHL.com
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your items have been delivered and signed for at the address provided, they will no longer be covered under our insurance and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your courier will make another attempt to reach you. Please take care to check your tracking number which you will receive as soon as the item has been dispatched.
DAMAGED / OPENED BOX
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at email@example.com.
We have a 14 day returns policy from the day you receive your order.
In order to return items purchased on the site, you must contact us at “Return Request” within 14 days from the day the goods are received. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To request a return, please review our return procedure and follow the instructions below:
Make sure the products are in the original/sale-able condition and packaging as you received them, with all the tags. The items must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors.
It's not possible to return customized items and publications. This does not affect the customer’s rights according to the law.
Put the items that you want to return in a box, preferably the original one, and make sure that it's properly packed.
Declare your return request; Locate the order number you wish to return on your order confirmation email and request it in “Return Request”.
Once your return has been approved, our customer service team will email you and send your printable return label.
Returns are only accepted for the items purchased from GOENJ.COM.
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
When returning the product, please send it along with the free gift you received at the time of purchase.
Currently we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange for a different style, size, or color, please use our free return service and place a new order for the new item. All refunds exclude all shipping costs.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt of goods will not be accepted.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted.
All discounted archive and special price items will be final sale and not returnable.
If items do not fit these requirements, the return might be refused and not refunded, and will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
GOEN.J reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase according to our Return Policy.
Once items are received by GOEN.J, we will send an email confirmation.
You will be refunded by the same method it was paid for and within 14 days of the receipt of the item. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies.
Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded in any of our stores. We offer no refunds on any products designated on this site as non-returnable. Also, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded.
All refunds exclude all shipping costs.
*Exception; If your final purchase is less than $500 after your return, the initial shipping fee of $30 would be deducted from your refund.
